Description

Led platform migration, site build, and content transition for BigPicture’s standalone website.

Context

BigPicture transitioned from Appfire’s main site to a standalone brand website. I led the full migration — managing content transfers, site builds, metadata optimization, SEO updates, stakeholder reviews, QA, and launch execution. Coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth migration with zero downtime or user disruption.

Challenge


BigPicture’s growth required a dedicated site to support product positioning and global marketing needs. Migrating content from Appfire’s platform while maintaining SEO, site structure, URL integrity, and cross-team alignment created complex coordination challenges across product, marketing, design, and engineering teams.
